Best Fine Wine in Guam. Guam Fine Wine. guam travel, Guam Food & Drink: Fine Wines. One of the things you have to keep in mind, is that Guam does not cater to high in tourists. So if you want to find Guam fine wine, it might be a little hard to find. Now don’t get me wrong, Guam has its share of unique dining destinations, but we don’t necessarily cater to the rich crowd of tourists. Because of this if you’re looking for Guam fine wine, you’re going to have to look pretty hard. The first place you should look are all of the restaurants in Guam’s many hotels. Some of the best restaurants on Guam are located inside of Guam’s hotels. While this may be a surprise to most people, if you’ve ever been to Las Vegas you know that the best restaurants are always in the best hotels. And Guam is no exception. Some of the more fancy hotels on Guam include the Guam Sheraton Laguna, the Guam Hyatt Regency Hotel, and last but not least the Pacific Islands Club Resort. Oh yeah, I forgot one of the most fancy hotels on Guam, and also one of the most expensive hotels: the Guam Outrigger Hotel. All of these hotels that I mentioned each have their share of fancy fine dining restaurants. Now keep in mind their restaurants are not going to be as fancy as ones you can find in New York, Chicago, and Las Vegas, but that is just the nature of the beast because the tourists that come here simply can’t afford the super high prices. So back on the topic of finding fine wine in Guam, one of the first places you should look is Magellan restaurant which is located in the Guam Nikko Hotel. The Magellan restaurant is one of the fanciest restaurants on Guam. Make sure that you before you go to eat out at this fine dining restaurant, you bring enough money or credit card with a very high limit. some of the best wines I can think of our Pinot Grigio, or even a fine Merlot. of course the best country for getting wine is France because of their weather. Many good wines such as Pinot Noir, Port wine, Riesling, and Brunello all come from Europe. These are some of the best Guam fine wines and Chardonnays that we have on island. Now don’t forget that if you’re going to have a nice Guam steak, you should probably have some Cabernet Sauvignon with that. know these are just a few of the many fine wines that you can get on Guam. Quite personally, I prefer the sweet wines such as fried allele sparkling wine, French champagne, and dry red wine types. One of the common misconceptions is that share are different kinds of Champagnes. On the contrary, champagne is the name of a drink that comes from the Champagne region of France. If it does not come from this area friends, then it cannot legally be called Champagne. This concludes our short talk on Guam fine wines.
