PIC Guam’s Coffee shop serves classic American cuisine from Pastas and Pizza to the “Best Burger on Guam”, light snacks, fine desserts and a variety of appetizers are served through out the day and evening. Hand Scooped ice cream varieties, beverages and light lunches are also available to go.

This place simply rock my world. Nothing too fabulous, but I should say I found a spot that serves great American food at an acceptable price. In addition, it was a few steps from my own place. It was a total package deal. ;).
I can say that this restaurant is above average. Been here few times already and concluded that their service was prompt and staff was attentive. The food was good enough for their price.
They have the best burger in the island in my opinion!
We stayed at PIC for the weekend, and decided to check out this cafe as it is one of the cheaper options there.
It felt like a Classic American burger joint. Nothing special, but it still hit the spot.
