I am sure this food appeals to some Americans, but we were very disappointed. This is not authentic Italian in any way. Paste way overcooked, thick heavy sauces.
Im 1/2 itlian with a mother from italy and after being stationed in Guam, i must say the food is very authentic and VERY good! Exceptional food. The owner is there most night and will come and talk to you, he is a delight. I will say, the staff the few times I have gone were average in their service. But, the food and enviroment and price have kept me coming back and I would highly recomend this place!
Vitale’s is absolutely divine! I’m in love with their bruschetta and white pizza and have to have it at least once a month.
Their pizza and pasta dishes are superb. They have big servings so if you are not a big eater, you can share. They have service with a smile. The staff is very courteous and friendly.
I have to say that Vitale’s is one of my favorites!
We dined at Vitale’s twice during our 5-day stay in Tumon, Guam. They specialize in Italian food here. Both their pastas and pizzas were great. Their staff were great (very friendly and cute) lol :D.
