    I have lived on and off of Guam for the better part of 10 years. Jan Z’s is a local restaurant that offers a variety of food. Unfortunately there has been three shifts of ownership/management, and with each shift the location becomes more and more of a dive. The food is good, but establishment cleanliness is undesirable. The dinning area has a musty aroma and the restrooms are filthy. The service and food quality has declined as well. The average order takes 45-60 mins, no matter what is ordered. The staff is not personable and slow to complete tasking. The View from the restaurant is nice, and it is remotely located.
