I ordered the “harvest” oatmeal for breakfast at Micronesia Mall’s Dennys. When it arrived it was just a plain bowl of oatmeal (missing dried cranberries and apples) and it was cold. I tried to explain to the waiter what should come with the oatmeal he had no idea what I was talking about.I thought maybe he gave me a side order and not the harvest oatmeal. When I got the ticket I was charge the full price. He didn’t have any customer service skills and could hardly speak English….SO I GIVE UP. You lose a customer!
Denny’s on Guam is the best Denny’s in the world. Their menu have wide variety and they serve my favorite garlic fried rice and chop suey. Great family atmosphere and great costumer service.
