HotProfile™: Cabalen Fast Food

I come here for the desserts. They make impeccable Banana Turon and Leche Flan. I used to like their Halo-Halo but the last time I got it I wasn’t too impressed. It had too much ice and it tasted bland.

If you want to try authentic filipino cooking, this is the place. Their karekare is excellent, don’t forget the bago-ong. I always get the giniling with extra quail eggs… Sarap! (Yummy)
