    Concerned Mother Says:

Something is up with the food or the handling and cleanliness with the Mcdonalds in Agana. This past week, via drive thru, I ordered 20 pc. chicken nuggets with hot mustard sauce and sweet and sour sauce, 3 happy meals with a cheeseburger, chocolate milk, fries, apple, a big mac meal with a coke. Next day, my son throws up. The day after that, my eldest daughter throws up, and then my youngest daughter throws up in the middle of her sleep. So I said, no more McDonald’s food esp from the Agana location. A few days later(today), we went on a hike, we were hot and thirsty, I thought maybe the drinks would be okay to consume. All we bought were mango smoothies. As soon as we drank them, we go home with gurgling tummies and one of my girls gets diarrhea. It’s still early in the evening and I’m praying/crossing my fingers my kids don’t end up sick again. We didn’t have anything else to consume this afternoon/evening post hike except for the mango pineapple smoothies.

Just got a meal from the NCS Store in Finegayan. As usual getting fries from the drive-thru are commonly refried, oiled-sogged, limp and lame. I have seen this type of service from third world countries I had been to. In order to cut down on the cost of making fresh food for their patrons, managers or owners would non-chalantly tell their servers to re-cook food that has been sitting for quite awhile. I am a fool to actually belive that because Guam is a US territory, that I would not get THIRD WORLD SERVICE. Granted, there are several Micky D’s here on Island that are doing an excellent job with their service. Then you have those idiots that so happen to be on shift, when you decide to get food that day, that would screw up your order ie. RE-DIPPED FRIES. Now this isn’t just for the NCS McDonalds, but for any food service chain that would re-heat old prep food to save a penny, stop! I did not order the meal tonight, and I have already made it a point never to get fries from NCS Mc D’s. It is too bad the person who had picked up the food had wasted her money. Too those that do the right thing at Mickey D’s, Thank you for your honest work ethic.

I sent you a picture of what kind of service i received. Your employees needs more customer service training if you want this tamuning branch to succeed Mr. Pacifico.

Hagatna: They need to start putting english speaking people at the drive thru. half of the time, they rush you when ordering and dont even give you time to speak. they think they know what we want, they need to listen to us when we drive up to the intercom, not ask us to try something…and when i ask for fresh fries and fresh nuggets, they just, dip the darn thing in hot oil and then serve it. very sad… this has been an ongoing thing.. tired complaining to managers and they dont do anything about it.
NCTAMS: They need to change their oil, they use the same oil oil day and night, the fries and nuggets just dont taste right and then again, it has a bad smell to it.

Why is the service better at Guam’s Navy BAse but out in town for example small salades they only give one tomato but at the base McDonalds you get two with same price…is out in town just ripping the customer…

Poor customer service when cover of the ice machine fell off onto my head. Expected at least some sort apology from a manager instead of just a service person.

Three separate days. Two (march 15, 20, 2012 NCS McDonald’s served expired apple pies. Got sick on the 15th and on march 21st at Hagatna branch they also served me expired apple pies. Quality control failed at these two locations.

I hate going to the Tamuning McDonald’s. The place is not clean. I was eating in the dining area on the counter bar stool side and I saw roaches crawling out of the trash bin. I lost my appetite and threw my food away.

The management of the Tamuning McDonalds allows its parking lot to used for carpooling and there is always no parking stall left for the paying customer to dine in. It drives customers away! This has to stop!

No longer a customer of McD's Says:

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOTH THE MANAGER ON DUTY AND DRIVE THROUGH ATTENDANT! FIRST, THE DRIVE THROUGH ATTENDANT TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR SOMEONE ELSES ORDER. THEN TO CORRECT HERSELF SHE SAYS TO ME “THEN WHAT DID YOU ORDER” IN A RUDE TONE! THEN SHE HANDS ME SOMEONE ELSES MEAL AND WHEN I TRY TO VERIFY THAT MY ORDER WAS CORRECT SHE FLAGS HER HANDS IN MY DIRECTION TELLING ME “GIVE IT BACK, IT’S NOT YOURS”!!! THAT JUST WAS OVER THE TOP FOR ME! I UNDERSTAND PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES BUT YOU SHOULDN’T TALK TO PEOPLE THAT WAY!!! THEN THE MANAGER COMES OVER TELLING ME TO “JUST” CALM DOWN AND SHE WILL “TALK” TO HER EMPLOYEE! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I’VE HAD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE ONE AT NCS, EMPLOYEES TRY TO RUSH YOU OFF AS SOON AS THEY HAND YOU YOUR ORDER AS IF YOU WERE BOTHERING THEM!
